- Check the mix hopper is above the fill line before service.
- Wait for the ready light. A machine mid-cycle serves soft and the cone will not hold.
- Hold the cone about an inch under the spout, tilted slightly toward you.
- Start the flow, then turn the CONE in a circle — keep the spout still.
- Build three rings, each one a little smaller than the one below it.
- Stop the flow, then pull straight up to draw the peak.
- Hand it over right away — soft serve loses its edges within a minute.
